1.    WHAT CAN YOU FIND HERE AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Here you can read about the processing of your personal data in connection with the use of the website and services of the Podnikavá mysl project (www.podnikavamysl.cz).
We, JIC, an interest association of legal entities, with its registered office at Purkyňova 649/127, Medlánky, 612 00 Brno, 635 00 Brno, IČO: 71180478, (hereinafter referred to as “JIC”) and Lipka - school facilities for environmental education Brno, contributory organization, with its registered office at Lipová 233/20, 602 00 Brno, ID number 44993447, (hereinafter referred to as “Lipka”). We, as so-called joint administrators, are responsible for processing your personal data related to visiting the website and using the services of our joint project Entrepreneurial Mind.
In this document, you will find out specifically what categories of personal data we process about you, for what purposes, to what extent, what entitles us to do so, and for how long we will store your personal data. You will also find out to whom we can make your personal data available, what rights you have in relation to the processing of your personal data and how you can exercise them.

We may process different categories of personal information about you for different purposes.
These are specifically the following categories:
• contact details (e.g. email address, telephone number);
• identification data (e.g. name, surname, ID number, VAT number);
• your device's identification data (e.g. IP / Mac address);
• information about your behavior on the website (using so-called cookies);
• the content of the communication (any information that is the content of the inquiry or mutual communication).

We try to be the best. For this reason, we try to make the website of the Entrepreneurial Mind project and the impression it leaves on you as good as possible. For this reason, we use cookies, technologies similar to them and the information resulting from them. We then use cookies to improve how the website looks and how it works. You provide us with personal data in connection with questions completely voluntarily, either in the contact form or in an e-mail or phone call. But without them, we may not be able to answer everything. You may object to the processing of your personal data in order to answer your question. If it is justified, we will stop processing.

C.    NEWSLETTER

You can subscribe to the Entrepreneurial Mind project newsletter via the subscription form on our website. In this case, we process your personal data to the extent, for the purpose, for the period and from the authorization (legal title) listed here:

You share your email addresses with us voluntarily. Without them, however, we cannot send you newsletters.
You can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time and we will stop processing your personal data immediately. Simply unsubscribe from the given business messages (e.g. by clicking on the link in the newsletter).

4.    WHO CAN WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?

Depending on the circumstances, your personal data may be made available to various people, most often our suppliers. Because specific recipients may change over time, you will only find their categories here:

Legal and tax advisors We may occasionally use our legal and tax advisors. However, they are bound by a legal duty of confidentiality.

The persons to whom we make your personal data available are usually our processors. We have therefore entered into an agreement with them and ensured that they protect your personal data. If you want to know who specifically has access to your personal data, contact us.

5.    WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO APPLY THEM?

Here you will find out what rights you have. You can exercise these rights as you wish, at JIC or Lipka. But we will always need to verify that you are actually applying.

How did JIC and Lipka divide our responsibility for processing your personal data?

RIGHT TO WITHOUT CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

If your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you can revoke it at any time, simply by e-mail sent to lipka@lipka.cz. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter directly by clicking on the link in each newsletter.

RIGHT OF ACCESS

You have the right to access the personal data that is processed about you. At the same time, you have the right to information about what personal data is processed about you, for how long, what are the purposes of their processing, to whom it is made available and whether it is used for automated decision-making (or how this automated decision-making works).
A copy of your personal data will be provided to you free of charge. Only if there are several copies, we can afford to demand the necessary payment for their provision.

RIGHT OF REPAIR

If you find that incomplete or incorrect personal data is being processed about you, you have the right to have it corrected or, if the purpose of the processing of this personal data so requires, to have it supplemented.

RIGHT TO DELETION

You also have the right to have your personal data processed about you deleted. In order to request deletion, one of the following reasons must be given:
• your personal data is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected or processed;
• your personal data is being processed illegally;
• you have revoked the consent on the basis of which the processing of your personal data was carried out and there is no other authorization (legal title) to further process this personal data;
• object to the processing of your personal data, which is processed on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest, and the controller or is unable to prove that his or her legitimate interest outweighs your right to erasure;
• there is a legal reason to delete this personal data;
• the child's personal data are processed without parental consent to such processing where necessary.
There may also be a situation where your personal data cannot be deleted on the basis of your withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data or on the basis of your request for the deletion of personal data. This is especially the case when the processing of your personal data is required by law. When such a situation occurs, you will be informed of the reason why your personal data cannot be deleted.

RIGHT TO TRANSFERABILITY

You also have the right to portability. If you have provided us with your personal data on the basis of consent or necessity for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract, and they are processed automatically, you can request the provision of personal data that meet these conditions. These will be provided to you in a commonly used, structured and machine-readable format. If technically feasible, the data will be passed on to another administrator at your request.

RIGHT TO RESTRICTIVE PROCESSING

If you feel that your personal data is incorrect, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be limited to the time strictly necessary to verify its accuracy and to correct it if necessary.
You also have this right in the following cases:
• the processing of your personal data is illegal, but you do not want your personal data to be deleted;
• your personal data is no longer needed for the purpose for which they were processed, but you insist on their processing (especially storage) to determine, enforce or defend your legal claims;
• you have objected to the processing of your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, in which case the processing restriction will apply for the time necessary to determine whether the legitimate interest of the JIC or Lipka exceeds your right to have your personal data no longer processed.

RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA BASED ON A LEGAL INTEREST

If your personal data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing. It will assess whether it is in the legitimate interest of the controller to process your personal data for that purpose or whether your right to have your personal data not further processed prevails. If your objection is justified, we will stop processing your data for that purpose.

RIGHT TO COMPLAINT

If all of the above rights are insufficient from your point of view, or you believe that your rights are being violated in any way, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic, it is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
